Listing Appraisals

One new tool we are starting to use is a Listing Appraisal.  Heres how it works.

Seller orders a Listing Appraisal (which is a restricted report)

Seller can show this report to potential buyers.

When home is solid buyer's lender can order a much quicker FULL appraisal (at a reduced rate) from an appraiser (us) that has recent previous experience with the property.  (Keep in mind that this is an entire new request than the listing appraisal)

 

This saves a ton of time and money.

I will be covering these major cities as well as all of the following counties: Duval, Saint Johns and Clay.  Our turn around times have been consistantly within 24 hours lately and we look to continue the positive trend.
